Over the last week, I have been brainstorming ways to introduce all my wonderful readers to what health coaching really is. What health coaching feels like, how the sessions are run, what benefits you will walk way with after each session and most of all, how much progress can be made when there is a clear path forward.
I could do instagram posts explaining health coaching and its value, but Instead I’d like to introduce you to CTC Lite Bite Coaching sessions. Where you get to experience it. These sessions allow you to try Health Coaching on for size, see what it would be like to work with me and the progress you can make.
CTC Lite Bite sessions are simple. You ask your #1 burning health question, what is keeping you “stuck”, and I answer in a voice recording via email. The “Lite Bite” will provide you clarification, a goal, and steps to guide you to reaching your goal.
